Teen Songwriting for ages 12-17
with Lucy Barna
Working in a like-minded age group, teens students will explore the power and fun of crafting original songs. Finding words and melody can be a great outlet for this age, and working with peers makes it even more fun. Exercises will include exploring form, common chord progressions, rhyme, lyrical structure, and of course, the using emotion through song.
Tuesdays, 5-5:55pm, Sept 12-Nov 14. $200
